Meet and greet your guide and fellow passengers for the day ahead on the Jurassic Coast. Your guide will explain how the day will work and go through the latest Covid safety measures.
Here you’ll be able to explore Corfe Castle and Corfe Village. The imposing castle stood at the top of the hill is a must see! Built in the 11th Century by William the Conqueror it really has a story to tell!
Stroll down to the perfectly formed horse shoe shaped cove formed over 10,000 years ago; try no to be distracted by the wonderful coffee shops and tea rooms on the way! Don’t forget to check out Stair Hole and Lulworth Crumple formed over 180 million years ago!
Wander down the slope to the famous limestone archway! Said to be the most accessible and best preserved archway in the world, it really is a site to see. Spend time rummaging for fossils on the beach cove or just take in the awe inspiring view. Its up to you!
Wander through the old harbour, try some fish & chips, a pint of ale or an ice cream! But maybe not all at once!
Standing at the Olympic Rings on the top of Portland looking over the 18 mile long Chesil beach, it’s hard not to be impressed!
Heading back to Weymouth through the countryside, start uploading those spectacular shots you caught to social media!
This is a fun packed day along the stunning Jurassic Coast.
You’ll travel through England’s first UNESCO World Heritage site the Jurassic Coast, discovering sites dating back 180 million years with perfectly formed coves and archways carved into the natural limestone.
You’ll then navigate through Dorset exploring hidden villages, thatch cottages and castles built by William the Conqueror, not forgetting a stop Weymouth and Portland’s Olympic Rings overlooking 18 miles of Chesil Beach.
HOW DOES THIS TOUR WORK?
Our tours are PART GUIDED. This means at each site your guide will give you a brief description of the area, orientate you, talk to you about its history and its geology.
You will then have FREE TIME to explore the area as you wish before moving on to the next site.

ACCESS TO DURDLE DOOR
The path to Durdle Door is around 100-200 meters with some uneven ground, this may not be suitable for all. Sensible footwear should be worn.
MINIMUM NUMBER POLICY
This tour needs a minimum number of passengers to operate. If this number is not met 72 hours before your tour date the tour will be canceled and you will be refunded in full.
TOUR CUT OFF PERIOD
This means that we are unable to accept bookings within 72 hours of the tour start date. This policy is in place to ensure that our vans, guides, and supplies are adequately prepared and ready for the tour ahead.
