TOUR START TIME
It's up to you! As this is a private tour, you can dictate what time you'd like us to pick you up.
TOUR RETURN
You will be dropped back to the Port approximately 1 hour before your all aboard time.

HOW DOES THIS TOUR WORK?
Our tours are PART GUIDED. This means at each site your guide will give you a brief description of the area, orientate you, talk to you about its history and its geology.
You will then have FREE TIME to explore the area as you wish before moving on to the next site.
GETTING BACK TO THE SHIP
Our first priority is getting you back to the ship on time. If your time on shore becomes limited some of the attractions on the itinerary may vary in order to get you back to the ship on time.

It is your responsibility to cancel your tour prior to the tour date. No refunds will be issued if you cancel your tour after departure time.

Less than 48 hours notice before the tour – no refund.
IF YOUR SHIP CANNOT DOCK - BAD WEATHER
If your ship cannot dock due to last minute changes or bad weather, you will receive a full refund.
Passengers must let us know before their scheduled tour departure time.
No refunds will be issued if you cancel your tour after your excursion departure time.
*An international reversal transaction cost can be incurred by third party booking software, your bank or credit card company. International reversal transaction costs can be up to 15%.
